Submit
A participating contractor submits a customer referral they can’t serve—whether it’s outside their trade, service area, or current capacity.
Verify
Trade Pool Dispatch contacts the customer, verifies the opportunity, and records the qualification call for authorized review.
Earn
Qualified submissions earn referral credits for the submitting side under the Trade Pool credit program.
Route
Qualified opportunities are routed to an eligible participating contractor, who takes it from there.

For trade contractors
Trade Pool is built for participating trade contractors who want to exchange qualified referral opportunities through a structured, accountable system. When a customer calls about work your company isn’t going to take — the wrong trade, the wrong area, a full schedule — that opportunity doesn’t have to end with the phone call.
Submit it to Trade Pool instead. Dispatch verifies it with the customer, your side earns referral credits when it qualifies, and the opportunity is routed to a participating contractor who can actually do the work.
Trade Pool’s part ends when a qualified referral is delivered to the receiving contractor. What happens after that — scheduling, pricing, doing the job — is between that contractor and the customer, the way it should be.

About Trade Pool
Trade Pool is a software platform for exchanging referrals between trade contractors. It exists because good opportunities are turned away every day — the wrong trade, the wrong timing — and because passing them along informally leaves everyone guessing about what happened next.
Trade Pool replaces the guessing with a system: a single place to submit a referral, a Dispatch team that verifies it, a credit program that recognizes the contractor who sent it, and routing that delivers it to a participating contractor. The platform is currently in a private Beta with participating contractors.
